Spend some time with Lionheart the debut record from singer songwriter H.C. McEntire. “One Great Thunder,” both the song and the video is a study in sublime calmness.

Video of the Day: Speedbuggy USA – Holding My Head Up High
Maybe, if it weren’t for their unfortunate band name this group would be a bit more famous than they are. And they are not very famous, but they are whole lot of fun. Their latest record, Kick Out The Twang, features everything you would want in a honky tonk Rock and Roll band. Foot-stomping tunes about drinking, heartache, and failure just like Hank, Johnny Cash, Willie, and Joe Ely would sing about. The sound is a bit ramshackle at times in all the best of ways. Think Bottle Rockets and Commander Cody here.
